We at Redrosejewelry.com would like our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We are not jewelry experts, but make every effort possible to describe our items as accurately as possible, and to the best of our ability.
Jewelry items (only) may be returned to Redrosejewelry.com for a refund.
Refunds will only be issued only when the following steps have been completed:
1) We are notified within 10 days of the original purchase of the item;
2) Management confirms return request and issues a Return Authorization Number;
3) Item is returned to us in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and original packaging. (A tracking number must be provided.) A proof of delivery confirmation (which can be obtained at the time of shipping from the USPS) is recommended.
Redrosejewelry.com is not responsible for return shipping costs, (including proof of delivery/tracking number or insurance). Refunds of original or return shipping costs will not be provided.
Redrosejewelry.com is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Tracking numbers (that come with proof of delivery confirmation from the Post Office) are required for items that are being returned, and insurance is highly recommended on delicate or costly items. Refunds will not be issued for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
