Payment Options
We accept:
PayPal - Check out as usual and select your payment option.
Money Orders - Money
Orders will be accepted (No Checks). If you intend to pay for your
purchase(s) via Money Order, DO NOT use the "Add to Cart", "Buy Now"
or "Check-out" buttons. These are only to be used when paying by
PalPal. To pay via Money Order, you must click on the link as
indicated by the sentence "Please CLICK HERE if paying by Money
Order." This will bring up a separate order form, which will be
submitted to us via email when you hit the "Submit" button at the
bottom of the form. All information requested must be properly
completed. Once your order is placed via our
ORDER FORM, an email will
be sent with instructions. Orders will be held for (10) days.
Orders will be shipped once payment is received, and/or funds
clear. Please note that payment must be received within 5 working days
of purchase if paying by Paypal, or 10 working days if paying by money
order. If payment is not received in that time, we reserve the right
to re-list the item for sale and your order will be cancelled.
Items may be subject to prior sale.
Shipping and Handling Policy:
Our items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal System). Air
shipping and insurance are not included in our item prices unless
specified. Please note that insurance is REQUIRED on
delicate/breakable items. If you need two-day delivery, please contact
us so that we may add the additional charge to your invoice. We are
not responsible for uninsured items that are lost in transit. No
refund will be issued for lost merchandise that is not insured. As our
inventory consists of “one of a kind” items, replacements (or
substitutions) will not be made.
Please note: Shipping costs are specified for locations within the
Continental United States. Shipping costs will be calculated
separately for other destinations.
Combined Shipping within the Continental United
States. At management's discretion, Shipping costs may be combined for purchases consisting of more than one item. Approval is necessary before items are shipped.
Return Policy:
We at Red Rose Jewelry and More want you to be satisfied with your
purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both
the buyer and ourselves, we have a Return Policy that we honor:
If your INSURED item is damaged in shipping:
You must retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the
damaged item, as they will be requested by the shipping agent. We will
file the claim for you and inform you of your role in this process.
1) Please Email us within 3 days of merchandise delivery prior to
Return for a return authorization number. (RA #) - No returns will be
honored without this Authorization.
At Management’s discretion, refunds will be authorized on INSURED,
damaged items only, and only in situations where the damage was a
result of SHIPPING. Refunds will not be given on uninsured items,
items that we feel have been tampered with in order to appear other
than as described, or give the false appearance of being damaged as a
result of shipping.
2) Red Rose Jewelry and More will acknowledge your return request
within 48 hours of your email and advise you of the next steps.
Please note:
3) Upon approval, you will ship the item back to us within 3 days
of our acknowledgment of your request.
The item must be returned in all of its original packaging,
including any and all original shipping labels and certifications,
such as proof of insurance labels, or proof of delivery confirmations,
etc. **THIS INFORMATION MUST ACCOMPANY THE PACKAGE. FAILURE TO PROVIDE
THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION VOIDS THE REFUND POLICY, IN WHICH CASE A
REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. It is recommended that you use delivery
tracking and get a delivery receipt.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed
otherwise between the buyer and Red Rose Jewelry and More.
4) Once we have determined that the returned/damaged item was
damaged as a result of shipping only, we will issue a refund of the
purchase price, which does not include shipping or insurance costs.
You will be notified of any Return Exceptions, prior to your order
being processed.
