Richelieu began manufacturing jewelry in 1911.  They replicated high end jewelry by using materials such as lustrous faux pearls and sparkly clear rhinestones.  This vintage Richelieu pin is no exception.  Features an elegant design of faux pearls with clear rhinestones sprinkled in, and rows of clear pave set rhinestones.
