Vintage, Modernist sterling silver necklace by the  famed Denmark designer, N. E. From (1908 - 1986).  Jewelry makers mark "STERLING, DENMARK, NE FROM, 925 S".  Could be circa 1950 or later.  Gently cleaned with polishing cloth, but shows some signs of age/tarnish on the back.  Classic whalebone design.  Necklace measures 15 1/2" long from end to end, and 1/4" wide. "O-ring" clasp. This artistic piece of jewelry weighs in at a solid 23.8 grams.  Fabulous for everyday wear.
